Refunds Returns

Because of the nature of our products we do not accept returns and do not issue refunds.

Exchanges

If for some reason you are not happy with the product you received we will replace it with a different one of your choice within a price range of purchased item.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be reported to us within 7 days from the delivery date. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once reported you will decide on, which item you wish to receive in exchange.

Exchange shipping

To exchange your product, first you should mail it to: Calle de Gils 5, Cullera, Valencia  46400 Spain.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, we will send you a payment request to cover a new shipment order. Once it’s registered the parcel with your selected items will be released for shipment. Shipment method may be arranged by two parties according to a buyer’s will.

We will also replace the item if it got damaged in a shipment. Terms and conditions apply.
